I’m an operator focused on scaled execution across GTM systems, operations, and trust and safety. I excel in roles that require independent operational judgment, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage risk while moving fast.
My career spans 10+ years at Google leading global operations across Android, Google Play, and Trust & Safety. After Google, I founded a cybersecurity startup that applied AI-driven analysis to support customers operating in high-risk environments. Since then I’ve worked with more than ten startups and mid-sized companies as they moved from early traction to repeatable execution.
I anchor my work in how teams actually operate day to day, then build the systems that allow them to move with more accuracy, speed, and alignment.
I am fluent in Spanish and operate across both U.S. and LATAM markets.
